I could not be happier with my purchase of the 24v trimmer. The unit is very powerful and the battery lasts a long time. I let me neighbor borrow it and he was as happy with it. So happy that he bought his own. He was able to get the combo kit that included the trimmer and blower. I wanted the blower, but it was not offered in a combo kit when I bought mine. I called the toll free number and asked if there was any way to get one, and they said there was. They were most helpful. Now I have the trimmer and blower. The only thing that might make this any better would be if it was able to bring me a beer on a hot day.

Exceeds my expectations! Have always owned gas powered tools, so I was skeptical at first. Having no time (and getting tired of!) to change oil (4 cycle), clean carbs, replace fuel lines, premix, and buy $4.50 a gallon gas in chicago, I finally made up my mind to buy the 24V combo kit.
The trimmer is fantastic...super light, adjustable, and quiet. Even the bigger 24V battery is light. The edger is good for not so overgrown edges. Surprisingly better than I thought. It doesn't dig into the grass like a blade edger, but it makes a nice clean line. Perfect for landscape edgings.
The blower/sweeper is good. I would probably only use it to clean up grass clippings. It actually worked great to blow the clippings off of my landscape rocks without throwing the rocks in my lawn as my gas powered blower used to do. SUPER light that a child can safely use it!
I'm definitely happy with the purchase!

I do like the grass trimmer,the adjustable handle & the adjustable head is a BIG plus.
Only downside is spool needs to be pulled out by hand every once in a while.
The Blower/Sweeper is lite & my 8 year old little girl can use it to help daddy.
"Sweeper" should be the key word. Not that powerful, yet for blowing grass climbings back onto the lawn it does a good job.
I do have a large yard, one battery is just not enough for both the trimmer & the sweeper from just one charge. I just ordered a 2nd battery

i love the trimmer/edger and the blower is very light and has lots of volume. that is a great idea to use it as a lawn edger it saves me from buying one more piece of equipment! My only problem was my battery went bad, but they did send me a new battery at no charge and some extra spools for the inconvienence.
